Expert Car Wash

Really don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve been here about 10 times and every time has been great. I did the detail for $150 once and that was incredible, my car looked better than brand new. But usually I just do the ~$35 one and tip $10 and my car looks perfect. Pictured is after the cheaper one. These guys work incredibly hard and take great care of my car and any items inside.

$125 for a wash to get in my car and this is my passenger seat. The man who writes the tickets is nice but he will def upsell you. Wasn’t worth it at all. Literally had to go to a gas station and use a vacuum to clean the side of my car and the windows.

I paid $44.99 and +$5 tips for a car wash package that included “Complete Interior and Exterior Dressing” and “Wheel Magic.” Unfortunately, the complete interior and exterior dressing was not done at all. The interior plastics and exterior trim were not treated, and there was no visible dressing applied. There were still stains left on the exterior of the car, and there were also stains left inside the vehicle. Honestly, it felt like they only vacuumed the car and wiped off some dust, nothing more. For the price I paid, I expected much better attention to detail and for the services listed in the package to actually be completed.

I think the car wash itself is very good. The customer experience is so bad!!!! There’s this old man who writes the ticket and he will try every time to say luxury SUV and Porsche SUV must be hand wash. I’ve brought my SUV there over 10x and everytime he tries to find a reason to say it must be hand wash. My Cayenne has smaller wheels than some of the SUVs I see at the wash and he always rejects it and say: only hand wash. They need to put a big sign: MACHINE FOR NON LUXURY CARS ONLY !!! So I am now taking my cars to a Car Wash on 3rd St. A bit far from where I live but no hassling every time.

Great experience - sweet and accommodating team. The negative reviews left are far from an honest representation of this business. I was looking for someplace to stop and get my car washed quickly, on a whim - I stopped in and chose the standard car wash priced at $27 dollars. There weren’t many people here when I arrived and I only waited 25-30 minutes from drop off to hopping into my clean car. I chose the Jasmine air freshener and am super happy with the vacuum, interior wipe down and exterior wash. Please visit this location - also, simply, being nice and courteous to their team garners the same in return. Do not let those negative comments deter you for giving this spot a try for yourself. Thank you Expert Car Wash!

Stopped by Expert Car Wash a little after 8AM and was pleasantly surprised—no wait and quick, efficient service. They got my car washed in a timely manner, and everything looked great afterward. Definitely a convenient spot for an early morning wash!

my first experience, the staff member who assisted me was incredibly rude and aggressive. I was simply trying to browse the cleaning options when he rudely interrupted me, demanding that I hurry up. I paid over $200 for a full interior detail, but when I returned to retrieve my car, I discovered that the carpet still needed to be vacuumed. The second and third time, the customer service was satisfactory. However, after waiting for 45 minutes to an hour, the car needed to be wiped down and vacuumed AGAIN. To make matters worse, the man who escorted me to my car then proceeded to wipe it down while I was getting in, expecting a tip. Although I’m always a generous tipper, I didn’t receive proper service for the money I paid. Why would I tip in such a situation?

Not sure why this place doesn’t have good reviews. For $32 and 20minutes later, the guys here scrubbed away at all the dead bugs that had gotten on my grill and windshield from the SF-LA drive. They wiped the insides, tires, windows and sunroof. They have a $14 express wash, which is basically a drive through car wash with some on hand involvement I feel anything in the $30-$40 package will be fine. Unsure how their $200+ packages work At that point just go get detailing, clay, ceramic coating for $300 elsewhere. Giving it 4.5 stars because I saw some small, hard to get rid off spots still remaining. Rounding it up to 5 stars to even the odds they have on Yelp.
